1920s Halloween Ensemble - Black Cat Face

1920s Halloween party outfit consists of orange and black dress and witch hat with ruffled collar/neck-piece. Dress and hat are decorated with cut-outs of black cat heads, just like the paper (and crepe paper) costumes so popular in the 20s!
